We bought the house 4 years ago and at a time pool inspection company told us we will need to replace the plaster in the pool, but with covid and all we hesitated till this year and finally when chunks started to fall off, we decided to do the plastering and found Hikmet and Blue Dream Pools. First a few words about the owner Hikmet, he is a very honest man who knows what he is talking and knows the job, he was able to squeeze us into his tight schedule with last minute notice. Another great thing about Hikmet and his company is that he stands by his product and job, always answers or returns your calls. So long story short they did an amazing job on replacing tiles and replacing plaster also his team found and helped to replace a valve on my filter which other companies that serviced my pool didnt even notice the problem. Ps. Hikmet went beyond my expectations my concrete patio around the pool was black so Hikmet sent his guys to power wash it free of charge!! Thank you Hikmet and Blue Dream Pool!! It was time to plaster the pool again, pick new tile, pick a new diamond brite finish, and install a new skimmer. To save a little on the budget for myself, Hikmet allowed me to keep the existing coping. He did not try and sell me anything that I didn’t need or want. I felt very confident and comfortable working with him. He estimated the project timeframe and stuck to it. I even added a few little things to the project and he was able to work with me on that. We painted the slide over, added tile to the steps for a different look, and upgraded to a color changing low voltage LED light. Hikmet even reached out after the project was completed and that was really nice. I had a slight concern with my new skimmer door flap and he was able to address my issues with a resolution to my satisfaction. Although I do not plan on doing this project again for some time, I would definitely work with Blue Dream Pool again in the future.
